Transparency

I know as women we move throughout the day without ever talking about what's going on in our heads. We are constantly thinking. We wake up thinking. We go to bed thinking. For some of us, it's a never-ending cycle. We want to confide in someone but who do we trust enough to tell our most guarded secrets, our thoughts. Who will understand and not judge? Can we truly be transparent with our family or our friends?

I'm so glad we have a promise keeper, a person who we can share our most intimate thoughts with. We can be totally transparent without shame or judgment. God is our safe place. He is our place of refuge. We can feel comfortable removing the layers and becoming transparent.
